Returns & Exchange

It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns and exchanges as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition in with all original packaging, tags and invoices.

Given that Navvah offers a customized product based on specific customer preferences and measurements, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed. However, should a size issue arise we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To know more please read our Alteration policy.

Guidelines for returning a product:

  • Never forget to email us if you find any problem with the product received on care@navvah.in
  • Make it sure to report problem within 3 days of getting the product delivered to you. Try to be a little specific when describing your problem.
  • Please return the item in case of any problem within 7 days of getting the confirmation from our end along with the original packing in the same condition. We are strictly prohibited from taking back any used, washed, or worn items. Kindly include a copy of the invoice delivered to you.
  • You should return the item using the registered airmail or courier as already advised in our return authorization mail with original packing, tags and invoice copy. Please mention the below address on the sealed package: A.V.Clothing, 99A,Park Street,3rd Floor Kolkata – 700016,India
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are applicable for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    If you are shipping an item over you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • In case of returning the damaged product or if the returned product is not in the original condition then the customer will have to bear the cost of it.
  • A Product purchased from the Website, cannot be exchanged at the store, owned and operated by us or any of our Retail partners.
  • Made-to-order/custom products cannot be replaced or returned. However, should a size issue arise we will do alterations.See Alteration Policies.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. You may, however, look at existing stock and order a replacement from the same, subject to the same or lower price.

Refunds:

  • Upon the receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect and notify if the returned Product is approved for a return/exchange.
  • Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. We will begin our process of refunding the amount which will be received by you within 3 working days. The amount will be directly credited back to your bank account. Besides this, if the customer has paid twice for any product, we refund one payment to the same source within 15-20 working days.

Alteration Policy:

  • In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing piece.

  • Only one free alteration is provided per piece.
  • The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the shipping charges once the piece is altered will be at Navvah’s cost.
